Employee Benefits Client Manager (South-East England)
A great opportunity has arisen for an Employee Benefits Client Manager to join a great team, working from home and visiting existing clients across the South East of England.
A leading consultancy for Employee Benefits and Financial Planning looking after over 400 corporate clients and 25,000 employees across the UK. My client helps all of their clients get the best from their Pensions and other benefits. They make the complex simple.

About the job
You will provide face to face pension and benefit advice to existing clients and their employees, including: The ‘on-boarding’ of new clients. Creating and maintaining strong relationships with clients to develop your portfolio. Being the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your clients. Helping employees engage with and benefit from their employer’s benefit schemes.

Qualifications and Experience Experience in Financial Services (pensions and employee benefits) is crucial.
You need at least 2 plus years’ experience in a customer service environment managing clients, including creating and maintaining good relationships.
If you have a degree, that will be great but good A levels will be fine too.
Financial services qualifications would be an advantage, or you will be willing to learn and pass professional exams.
Full Clean driving licence
Remuneration & Benefits: £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience, plus Bonus structure: Open ended with OTE c£70,000 uncapped.
Holiday: 33 days’ holiday (incl. bank holidays), plus up to 3 days at Christmas. Benefits: Comprehensive Benefit package.
