Human Resources Coordinator
HR Coordinator - Human Resources. Are you already working in HR, perhaps you have started studying CIPD? This role is office based 9-5.15 with an hour for lunch. Remote working is not on offer. This role is based in West Kent. Role: As the HR coordinator, you will report to the Head of HR. Main Purpose of the role is to support and facilitate the HR processes, and to provide excellent and effective HR Services to all staff, coordinating day to day operations of the department. Main Duties To be the initial contact for HR queries, directing or escalating queries to the HR Advisers or the Head of HR as appropriate.
To provide all aspects of HR administration including:
Accurate recording on the HR Database with meticulous attention to detail to ensure full statutory compliance.
Compiling and maintaining staff files (electronic and paper).
Maintaining and updating CPD and training records. Absence information and reports. Employee information on the HR system.
To assist with the recruitment processes including: Advertising vacancies/ Candidate management/Interview schedules/ Interviewing as required.
Related administration including recruitment checks/Contract and related documentation.
Assist with training and induction including:
Booking and arranging CPD sessions, both online and in person. Arrange training in respect of staff development, as and when required, as part of CPD.
To undertake any other HR related duties or tasks as requested by the HR Advisers and the Head of HR.

Experience and knowledge: Working knowledge and understanding of HR processes. Some experience working in a similar HR role. CIPD membership or working towards accreditation. Working with HR Databases and information systems. High standard of numeracy, literacy and administration.
Remuneration and Benefits:
Annual salary of circa 28k per annum dependant on qualifications, skills and experience.
