Office Manager/PA
My client who have been established for over 15 years are now looking for an Office Manager/ PA to join their close knit team.
This role requires the job holder to support the directors diaries and organise some other diaries as well as ensuring that the office runs smoothly. The environment is fast paced and you will also be responding to clients enquiries, answering incoming calls as well as inputting relevant information onto my clients bespoke CRM System.
Responsible for all areas of office management, secretarial and administrative duties. Including but not limited to:
Diary management
Being the first point of contact
Maintenance of all company policies
Implementation of any new office procedures
Other support duties as and when required
Health & Safety administration and implementation
Ideal person
Previous experience of working in a fast paced office environment, working under pressure with the ability to remain calm is a pre requisite. Experience supporting and working with professional services solicitors, architects, property agents developers and surveyors is beneficial, but not essential.
As the environment is fast paced multi tasking is essential as is the ability to think on your feet, whilst maintaining excellent attention for detail.
Experience in diary management for several people
Experience of using a CRM system
Proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel
First class communication skills both written and verbal as well as building good internal relationships and building trust
Highly organised
Willing to go the extra mile to ensure work is completed.
This role is Monday - Friday from 9am - 5.30pm
Annual salary circa 28-30k
