As a Recruitment Consultant you will have the following skills:

  • Previous experience as a 360 recruitment consultant

  • Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written

  • Good rapport building skills

  • Driven and motivated to succeed

  • Tenacious

  • Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications

Annual basic salary depending on experience plus uncapped commission

Negotiable annual salary plus Uncapped Commission, Company pension, Private healthcare, Employee mentoring programme, Private medical insurance, Company socials generous holiday allowance.
