Would you like to work for my client, who have great staff retention and offer 30% commission. They also have people who do business development and have great marketing strategy, meaning that your role will be to build relationships to fill existing vacancies and gain more vacancies from new and existing clients as well as being willing to develop new business.
If you are driven to succeed and have some experience working in recruitment then this role might be just right for you. With circa 15 employees, my client has been established for many years. Working in a modern open plan office, you will receive great on going on the job and classroom training and support.
With many vacancies to fill, your role will be to ensure that you're building excellent relationships with clients and candidates alike.

Recruitment experience
Driven and motivated to succeed in a competitive environment
Happy to pick up the phone and have conversations with clients and propect clients
Proactive and knows how to build relationships to get clients and candidates on side
Enjoys working with a team of like minded proactive and driven people
Desire to do well and achieve financial success
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Has tenacity and integrity
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Remuneration:
Annual basic salary depending on experience, plus very generous uncapped commission, 23 days holiday plus bank holiday, company socials early finish Fridays
