Trainee Recruitment Consultant with - Sales experience
My client is now looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their excellent team, this is a really great place to work, with excellent staff retention.
This desk has already been established, its initially a 180-recruitment role supporting the experienced consultants and then progressing to a 360-recruitment role. This role will suit someone who has some sales experience and is motivated to succeed and thrive in a supportive environment which offers a clear progression plan.
A structured induction and training programme/manual that is a "go-to" document for all the company’s processes and practices.
Lots of on-the-job 1-2-1 development and support.
Encouraged to identify courses and qualifications you wish to gain in order to help your professional development.
Weekly team meetings on a Friday afternoon to review the week and seek ideas for solutions to challenges identified.
A documented career development plan with one year and five-year objectives.
Support for the staff works well across both the recruitment and accounts teams. With 60% of the staff serving over 10 years.
Ideal Candidate.
Some previous sales experience
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Motivated to succeed
Excellent rapport building and relationship building skills
Can do attitude
Team player as well as having the ability to use your initiative
Annual basic salary circa of 25k plus depending on experience plus the uncapped generous commission, Company pension, Employee mentoring programme, Private medical insurance, company socials.
