Recruitment Delivery Consultant - Construction

My client is committed to delivering exceptional recruitment solutions within the construction industry. Their success is built on strong client and candidate relationships. Team works tirelessly to ensure seamless processes, whether for permanent placements, temporary contracts, or trusted supplier agreements. Due to growth, they are now looking to add an experienced Delivery consultant / Resourcing consultant to their team.

Ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset, as well as having experience in White collar or Blue collar recruitment the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Building relationships with candidates and clients to understand roles and fill the vacancies that are both perm and contract.

Advertising job roles, CV searching and building relationships and trust.

Update and adjust candidate CVs to align with company standards.

Add new candidates to the CRM system. Keeping the system up to date at all times.

Ensure that all necessary and in-date certificates from contractors are received and shared with clients.

Confirm assignment end dates with both clients and contractors to assist with forward work planning and to ensure continuity.

Monitor CV Library watchdog notifications and shortlist potential candidates for relevant roles.

Maintain and update the available contractor list on a weekly basis.

Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in a similar role is essential

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and take initiative while contributing to the overall team success.

A friendly and approachable demeanour, with a customer-focused attitude

Package:

Competitive Salary depending on experience circa 30k plus as well as uncapped and generous commission structure. Plus, Pension and additional leave at Christmas Shutdown.
